Welcome back! We hope you all enjoyed the unexpected break and found some fun ways to keep cool during the heat wave. With the sunshine continuing, it’s important to look after ourselves in warm weather.

❄️ Did you know that splashing cool water on your face, wrists or neck can help you feel cooler because these areas help your body regulate temperature?
🧊 Did you know that a cool, damp cloth on your neck can help you cool down quickly on a hot day?
🏠 Did you know that keeping curtains or blinds closed during the hottest part of the day can help keep rooms cooler?
👕 Did you know that loose, light-coloured clothing helps air move around your body and keeps you cooler?
🧊 Did you know that putting your feet in cool water can help your whole body feel cooler?

We’re almost at summer, so keep up the brilliant hard work—you’re doing an amazing job. Stay safe, stay cool, and enjoy the sunshine!
