Whether you're based at Station Plaza, Ore Valley, Eastbourne, or Lewes — Freshers is coming to YOUR campus!

From giant inflatables to tasty food, sports academies to student support, local organisations and charities — there’s something for everyone at ESC Freshers 2025.

  • Ore Valley Campus

    Our first event on this year is also one of our biggest: FRESHERS!

    On the MUGA we will have a rodeo bull, Darts stall, and mini golf. Indoors, we will have different food stalls including ice cream, and external vendors who we will have throughout the year for a variety of events so it is a good chance to meet them.

    It on Tuesday 16th of September from 10:30am to 1:30pm so make sure you come by and take part in the festivities!

  • Lewes Campus

    We’re looking forward to kicking off the term with our fantastic Freshers event on Tues 23rd Sep!

    Expect live animals, crazy golf, Gamers Corner, FREE food, ice cream and doughnuts, and lots more!

    There will also be over 25 exciting organisations for you to talk to and engage with including an area to sign up to all our incredible clubs, societies and Sports Academies for the term.

  • Station Plaza Campus

    Freshers 2025 at Station Plaza – Two Days of Fun!

    We’re excited to announce two Freshers events this year:

    Wednesday, September 17th, 2025: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Relaxed vibe)

    Thursday, September 18th, 2025: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM

    Both days will feature stalls, activities, and fun for everyone! Wednesday will have a more relaxed atmosphere, perfect for easing into the Freshers buzz.

    Enjoy live animals, a rodeo bull, inflatables, VR headsets, popcorn, candyfloss, ice cream, and much more! Plus, meet and get involved with local organisations, charities, and sports academies, including:

  • Eastbourne Campus

    On Wednesday 24th September, we will be hosting our Fresher’s Fair.

    We will be taking over the whole of the Eastbourne Campus to bring you: free candyfloss and doughnuts. Along with a rodeo bull, inflatable hungry hippos, mini golf and an escape room.

    We will also be hosting live music on the balcony of the Eversley building!

    There will also be many stalls with activities and freebies up for grabs throughout the campus too.

    Finally, we will be hosting a few extra events as part of our Fresher's introduction!

    On DATE TBC, we will be holding a Film Sing-A-Long in King's Restaurant from 12.30pm onwards with FREE cake!

    On DATE TBC, we will host a Football Tournament over on the 3G pitch with the members of the winning team each getting a £10 Love2Shop Voucher.
