We will use this platform to show you key information on your young persons attendance, targets, assessment plans, mock or other exam dates and coursework completion where appropriate. You can also log absences and update your contact details should they change after enrolment. We will also post key messages on this notice and keep you informed of Personal Development activities taking place each term.
From Tuesday 16th September we will email parents and careers their ProView logins and instructions
ProView Login Guide
Firstly, if you are having trouble logging in please check your Junk/Spam folders for emails sent from n@escg.ac.uk.
We have created accounts for parents of ALL 16, 17 year olds and those with EHCPs aged up to 25 AND where there is a parental email address logged in our system - this was provided at enrolment.
Still not received account details.
If after checking your Junk/Spam folder you have still not received an email from n@escg.ac.uk with account details
This could be due to the due to one of the following:
No email being provided
Incorrect email provided
Different email originally provided
To resolve this issue please ask your student to look into their ProPortal account and check the email registered. If this needs to change they are required to complete a ‘change request’ to update this information in the system or contact student services to update this.
If you have changed your password and can not remember it.
You will need to use the “Trouble Logging in” link on the login page.

You will need the account username AND the email address recorded in the system.
The account username is created as
If you are listed as an active Primary contact for the student your username will start PA
If you are listed as an active Secondary contact for the student your username will start PB
The rest of the username is made up of the students college reference number (please ask your student for this information).
For example, student reference 10001 the username will be PA10001 for the students primary contact.
If the account username and email address do not match NO email will be sent (despite the system saying an email has been sent).
If you do not know these - please get your student to confirm these details by checking their ProPortal Account.
If you require additional parental logins to Proview
Please get your student to add a secondary parental contact to ProPortal. The accounts get created on a weekly basis (on a Tuesday evening).
Note we can only create a maximum of 2 parental logins. This is a system constraint that we cannot override.
If you are still unable to login
If you have tried all the above then please contact our Proview inbox at proview@escg.ac.uk.
Note that many of the resolutions do require your student to check/do something to enable access. We are unable to resolve issues of that nature.
When is the inbox busy
ProView inbox questions increase around the start of the year and also before our Parent Evenings as there is a renewed push to use ProView prior to any appointments.
Please try to keep a record of your login details to minimise queries.
