    • This month we’re uniting Movember and International Men’s Day to spotlight men’s mental health - raising awareness, encouraging conversations and supporting wellbeing.

    • Wednesday 19th November - Have a Kickabout and a Chat - 12pm to 1pm on the 3G Pitch at the Sports Park.

  • UCAS Pay and Send Deadline - 17th November 2025

  • Sussex Inspires: Applications now open!

    • Deadline is 23rd November 2025

    • Programme is Free and the university will cover the cost of train or bus travel to the campus.

  • Student Memberships at the Sports Park - Promo Code

  • Take Ten Today

    • Head to the library and read for 10 minutes once per week to collect stamps.

    • After completing your loyalty card, you can redeem it for a free drink.

SUSSEX INSPIRES

Sussex Inspires is a free programme hosted by the University of Sussex offering sixth form and college students guidance, support and insights into studying at university.

As part of the programme, participants can expect university visits offering the chance to experience different academic subjects as well as to explore career pathways. Participants will also be given priority access for University of Sussex residential summer schools in July 2026.

Applicants can apply for either the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences strand or the STEM strand.

The programme is completely free of charge, and the university will cover the cost of train or bus travel to campus.

The deadline for applications is Sunday 23 November 2025.

TAKE TEN TODAY

Any time, any day, take 10 minutes to read once a week and get a stamp on your loyalty card from the Library Team.

How it works:

  • Come to the Library to choose from a selection of great books and reading resources.

  • Read for 10 minutes.

  • Collect a TAKE TEN Reward Card from the Library desk. Get a stamp for each week that you read towards a free drink.

    *Maximum of one stamp per week.
