Hastings Student Notices
Hey everyone, happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend.
We hope you enjoyed our Culture Day event and have been making the most of our Stress Awareness Month initiatives. From fluffy animal visits to football tournaments, there’s been something for everyone! If you haven’t had a chance to de-stress yet, don’t worry—World Mental Health Week is coming up in a few weeks with even more opportunities to get involved.
Stress Awareness Month, observed every April, is all about raising awareness of stress—what causes it, how it impacts our wellbeing, and how we can manage it effectively. It’s a great time to check in with ourselves and each other, build healthier habits, and explore ways to reduce stress both at work and in our personal lives.
Thanks to everyone who’s taken part so far, and keep an eye out for more activities and resources throughout the month!
