Ore Valley Student Notice

Hey, happy Monday! Hope you’re doing well. Only a couple more weeks until another half term and a well-deserved break — we’re nearly there!

This week, we’re celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week, with an event taking place on Tuesday from 10:30am–1:30pm at Ore Valley.

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it’s okay to not feel okay sometimes. Looking after your mental health can mean talking to someone you trust, taking breaks, getting enough sleep, spending time with friends, or simply doing things that make you happy.

Mental Health Week is a reminder to support each other, be kind, and check in on the people around us — because everyone is going through something we might not always see.
