Holocaust Survivor Inspires ESC Students on International Women's Day

East Sussex College had the honour of hosting Dorit Oliver Wolff, a Holocaust survivor, as part of their International Women's Day celebrations.

Dorit spoke to 600 ESC students from both Hastings and Lewes campuses about her experiences and shared her Holocaust survivor story. Despite facing unimaginable difficulties, Dorit's story taught students about resilience and hope.

Dorit's visit was incredibly moving as she bravely recounted her experiences during the Holocaust, showing students the incredible strength she had during such a challenging time. A truly inspirational woman.

Dan Glover, Student Experience Co-ordinator at ESC Hastings, said, “We have loved welcoming Dorit to our campus! Her life stories are an inspiration to all the students who got to hear more about her life and we cannot wait to welcome her back in the near future."
